I wasn’t too happy,
I had lost my innocence,
Conniving and scheming,
You never did see it coming,
You had the audacity to return,
Claiming it was all momentary muddleness,
Clueless and all smiles,
I did not push you away,
It was about time you danced to the tune,
Learnt what it felt to slap yourself in the face,
Felt how painful it is when you stab your own foot,
How hopeless it is cutting the hand that fed you,
Paying kindness with enemity,
To know the meaning of patting a horse on it’s back,
It was all that too easy for you,
Did you think i was too blind,
Or is it i was too head over heels,
Yes you were right,
That was before,
